저희 대한근골격계초음파학회도 수 많은 선생님들의 높은 열의와 참여에 힘입어 올 해 교육 일정의 절반을 마치게 되었습니다. 이는 모두 뜨거운 열기로 보답해주신 개원의 및 봉직의, 그리고 교수님들 덕분이라고 생각합니다.

■ 진단 : Plantar fasciitis,partial tearing,Rt​

■ ​성별/ 나이 : 51/M

■ ​우측 발뒤꿈치 통증,1년전부터

1년전 작업중, 높은곳에서 뛰어내린후, 우측 발뒤꿈치 심하게 아팠다함.  이후 심하게 일하거나, 자고 일어나서 걸으면 아프다함.

우측 발뒤꿈치 심한 압통

■ ​진단 : Plantar fasciitis,partial tearing,Rt

■ ​치료 : shock wave therapy

a, long-axis and b, short-axis 12-3 MHz US image obtained over the posterior insertion of the plantar fascia in Lt healthy side.

The origin(open arrow) of the fascia(arrows) from the calcaneal tuberosity(star) appears hypoechoic owing to the slightly oblique orientation of the preinsertional fibers, but other fascias(arrows) show fibrillar hyperechoic pattern

a, long-axis scan shows hypoechoic cleft(open arrow) consistent with a horizontal tear and hypoechoic fluid collection(arrows) over preinsertional portion.
