저희 대한근골격계초음파학회도 수 많은 선생님들의 높은 열의와 참여에 힘입어 올 해 교육 일정의 절반을 마치게 되었습니다. 이는 모두 뜨거운 열기로 보답해주신 개원의 및 봉직의, 그리고 교수님들 덕분이라고 생각합니다.

쉽게 볼 수 있는 증례부터, 해결되지 않았던 증례들까지 다양하게 준비한 콘텐츠들을 보시고 진료현장에서 적용하는 데 많은 도움이 되시기를 바랍니다.

진단 : Calcific tendonitis, Lt. elbow

성별/ 나이 : 35/M

C.C. Left elbow pain and swelling

P/I & P/ Hx : 2일 전 갑자기 발생한 좌측 주관절의 극심한 통증 및 종창으로 내원함.

P/Ex : Heating and swelling on lateral side of left elbow
Passive elbow flexion: 90 degrees, extension: -5 degrees
Severe tenderness around radial head

Impression : Calcific tendonitis

Tx : Pain medication, US guided lavage and aspiration, and ESWT
