■ ​​제목: Acute subdeltoid bursitis and calcific tendinitis​

■ ​성별/ 나이 : F/42

■ ​C.C. : painful swelling at the lateral ankle after inversion injury
■ ​P/Ex : capsular pattern at the ankle joint  , swollen ankle
■ ​Investigations : simple X-ray , Ultrasonography
■ ​Impression : 1.Complete rupture of the anterior talofibular ligament  2.Hemarthrosis

■ ​Tx : Aspiration of the hemarthrosis ,NSAID and early mobilization with orthosis

▲ Large rounded hyperechoic mass is seen around greater tuberosity.

▲ Large amount of fluid collection in subdeltoid bursa is seen

 

​


▲ 초음파 소견은 Power doppler(PD)가 병변 부위에서 증가된 소견 보이고 있어 염증이 동반된 것으로 판단됨
